Maincon Civils was started by Andre’ Joubert and Lelanie Joubert in August 2016. Andre’ Joubert worked for many years in the Construction Industry and decided the time was right to start his own business. He is highly skilled and trained to do the job perfectly first time. Client satisfaction is our very first objective. He is a natural problem solvers, and will assist his clients to the greatest extent.
